My thoughts on the slip

Initially, I thought, oh my god, I’ll never get my fat bits poured into that! It looked super small and tight, but I was pleasantly suprised by how stretchy it was. Having tried slimming bodies and pully in pants previously and being sorely disappointed, I was excited to find one that doesn’t take the help of four people and 8 bucketloads of sweat to get into.

It was very easy to manover myself into, and felt not too disimilar to a swimming costumn, though once on my shape was much more streamlined and my lumps and bumps dramatically reduced.

The slimming material is 68% Nylon, 32% Spandex and can be washed in the washing machine.

The wonderful Edge technology means the slip doesn’t ride up, and it really doesn’t! When I’ve used similar items previous they’ve started off ok, and then rode higher and higher up throughout the night, meaning I was running to the toilet every few moments to grab it and pull it down. Smooths You, really doesn’t move once it’s on.

Pro’s

  • It does what it says
  • Pulls in all you lumps and bumps
  • Makes dresses look smooth and amazing
  • Not badly priced
  • Very comfortable – even in warm weather

Con’s

  • I wasn’t too keen on the neckline

Overall

I was VERY impressed by this, I wish I’d found it years ago. It made a dramatic difference to my lumps and bumps without torturing my body while I wore it (the first one of it’s kind that hasn’t been uncomfotable to wear).I tried it out on a warm day with a skater style dress and I found it really comfortable and it made me feel more confident in my clothing, without making hot and bothered.

The only thing that I’d change is the neckline. I felt it was more suited to vests and t shirts, and found that a sweetheart neckline would have worked better with a lot of my summer dressed.
