The company also host chocolate workshops and we were lucky enough to get involved as the afternoon tea was running a little late. We were given the chance to help make some hand made chocolates and macaroons with a small group of people, David and his partner, Chris.
After all the hard work we were offered some delicious hot chocolate, made with pure melted chocolate and some to die for chocolate cake, that was made by David himself while we watched.
We had a fun and unusual afternoon. I would never have thought to book a chocolate workshop, preferring usually just to eat someone elses hard work, but we had a really fun time and enjoyed getting involved. I would recommend the experience to anyone with a love of cakes, trying something new or chocolate!
