I was sent three of the smaller samples sizes to test out. I have tried out two of them so far.
The shampoo is designed to purify and detoxify hair and claims to be best suited for medium to thick hair and oily scalps or dandruff conditions. It cleanses the hair and scalp to remove excess oils and build-up. I don’t really have greasy or oily hair, but it’s always good to get rid of product build up every so often.
The shampoo is a clear, gel like formula, which is quite a watery consistency. The scent from the shampoo is truly gorgeous. It has a floral yet menthol smell. It doesn’t lather up as much as some shampoos I’ve used, though does make you hair feel squeaky clean.
My hair felt super clean after using this, without any tangles or knots, it also had a great herbal scent, that lasts throughout the day.
The conditioner is designed for all scalps and hair types, and great for post coloured or bleached hair with a anti oxidant enriched formula to help prevent colourloss.
The conditioner is pale yellow in colour, with quite a rich consistency. The scent is no where near as strong as the shampoo, but is still pleasant none the less. It has a faint herbal scent, which does smell very slightly synthetic.
The anti-oxidant enriched formula of carrots, nettles and marigolds is designed to help prevent colour loss whilst helping to nourish the hair with the addition of Vitamins A and E.
The first time I used the conditioner I could feel the difference it made to my hair. My hair felt soft and smooth after rinsing.
Overall I have to say, I’m pretty impressed with the shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels clean and really soft, I am also impressed by how nice the shampoo smells – I’m a sucker for a great scent.
I would buy the bigger bottles for home use, but would probably consider picking up the smaller sized bottles for an overnight trip, they would also make a great addition to my hospital bag!
